CROW 是工作室，初创工作室。

我们接深化业务，也接设计业务。

CROW is a studio, a start-up studio.

We take deepening business and design business.

我们工作室目前是6位成员。

两个深化师，一个建模师：专注深化业务 三个设计师：专注设计业务 一个品宣：专注运营板块

人确实不多，但将来也不打算招纳更多的成员。10个人左右的工作室是我的理想人员阈值，

一年只接可消化的单量，每个人除了工作外还能有饱和的生活时间。

我们既是工作伙伴，又是惺惺相惜的朋友，

一起好好工作，好好玩耍，永远是crow的初心。

我们立志做最会渲染的设计师，最懂施工工艺的渲染师，最懂设计宣传的运营师。

我做设计师的第二年转到做效果图，刚开始只是想着过渡，没想到一转眼已经做了三四年了。

做深化做的越久我对自己的职业规划就越担忧，因为画图大家都心知肚明，吃的是年轻这份体力，光靠做图是撑不了几年的。

In my second year as a designer, I switched to making renderings. At the beginning,

I was just thinking about transition, but I had already done it for three or four years.

The longer I work on deepening, the more worried I become about my career planning,

because everyone knows that drawing is based on young people's physical strength,

and it can't last for several years just by drawing.

随着软件升级和年纪增长，这也让我开始思考一些现实问题。

接下来我是带深化团队呢？还是转行去做些别的什么？

但其实说实话，带深化团队可能并不是我想要走的那条路，可能还是因为是学设计出身，内心深处趋向的是设计行业。

With the upgrading of software and the growth of age, I began to think about some practical problems.

Next, I will lead the deepening team? Or change careers to do something else?

But to tell the truth, the deepening team may not be the way I want to go,

or it may be because I am a design student, and the trend in my heart is the design industry.

也幸亏做了这么久的深化，跟很多优秀设计师合作过，也有几个关系非常好的设计师朋友。

我们几个经过彻夜长谈和深思熟虑后，一拍即合，成立一个工作室吧！做深化和做设计！

Fortunately, I have done so much deepening, cooperated with many excellent designers, and had several designer friends

who have very good relationships.After a long talk and careful consideration all night, we'll hit it off and set up a studio! Deepen and design!
